Ways to Help Support Our Neighbors in Need
After the recent devastating floods, below are a few ways you can help support our neighbors in need.
In Asheville, the Buncombe Community Christian Ministry is accepting donations of food, clothing, and financial contributions through their website, abccm.org. Every little bit helps as they support those impacted by the flooding.
United Way East Tennessee Highlands is also actively involved, with local drop-off points listed on their Facebook page. Donations can be made directly on their website, unitedwayetnh.org, to assist with flood relief efforts.
Samaritan's Purse is requesting monetary donations and volunteers to support their on-the-ground efforts. Learn more and get involved at spvolunteer.org.
The Red Cross is accepting monetary donations on their website at redcross.org/donate/dr/hurricane-helene.html.
We will continue to monitor for other donation opportunities and keep everyone updated. Together, we can make a difference for those affected by this disaster.
