A New Sport is Coming to Gibbs Youth Association - Lacrosse!

A new sport is coming to Gibbs Youth Association - Lacrosse! Age groups start from kindergarten all the way through middle school. Email [email protected] for more information. Middle school registration is January 15th - February 1st. Elementary School registration is January 15th - February 10th.

Winter Farmers’ Market Returns to Market Square

The Winter Farmers' Market, hosted by Nourish Knoxville, is returning to Historic Market Square on January 20th. It will occur every Saturday through March, from 10 am to 2 pm.

The market will feature an array of local vendors offering products such as produce, meat, pastries, and handcrafted items.

A special Nourish Kids program will also be available, involving educational activities for children. The market, supported by local organizations, celebrates local farmers and artisians, and is a hub for community engagement during the winter months.

They are not just opening their doors; they’re inviting you to be a part of their journey. To celebrate this special day, they are offering tea and tiny sandwiches for everyone who joins them! They are taking reservations for afternoon teas, lunches, meetings, and more.
