HumanAI Wins Big: Elevating East Tennessee's Marketing with a Human Touch
HumanAI, a Knoxville-based startup, is changing the game for small businesses in East Tennessee and beyond by blending human creativity with artificial intelligence. This innovative approach allows for the production of marketing content that feels more personal and less mechanical, from emails to social media posts.
Recently, the company achieved a significant milestone by winning the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center's "What's The Big Idea" pitch competition, securing a $10,000 prize. Co-founded by Knoxville native Preston Garland, along with Charles Wilson and Erich Mecherle, HumanAI plans to use the funds to grow its operations and client base.
Since its inception in late 2023 and beginning client services in January 2024, HumanAI has rapidly scaled, currently serving around ten small businesses with a team of three. The success highlights the potential for artificial intelligence in marketing, providing a much-needed service for small businesses navigating the digital world.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade Marches Downtown This Saturday
The 2024 St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set for a day before the holiday, starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 16th from the south side of the Gay Street bridge. The parade route will pass key downtown landmarks, ending at Gay Street and West Magnolia Avenue. It has been recognized as the 13th best St. Patrick’s Day parade in the nation by Wallet Hub, outshining events in San Francisco and New Orleans.
This year's Grand Marshal is Josh Mancuso, a popular social media personality, actor, comedian, and filmmaker.
