Big Al the Tortoise Moves to Outdoor Exhibit for the Summer

Warmer weather is perfect for Zoo Knoxville's iconic Aldabra giant tortoise, Big Al. At around 150 years old, Big Al has been a resident of the zoo for 60 years. During colder months, he stays in the zoo’s greenhouse. Now that the warmer weather is here, visitors can look forward to visiting Big Al at his outdoor exhibit.
