Join Us for the Knoxville Veterans Day Parade
Celebrate and honor our nation’s veterans at the annual Knoxville Veterans Day Parade on Monday, November 11, starting at 10:45 AM. This year’s parade will follow the iconic Gay Street route, providing a wonderful opportunity for the community to gather and show gratitude for the men and women who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
The Veterans Day Parade is a meaningful occasion to reflect on the patriotism, courage, and sacrifice of veterans, as well as the heroism of those who gave their lives in service to our country. It's a chance to come together as a community, express our appreciation, and acknowledge the vital role veterans have played in securing and protecting our freedoms.
Whether you have family in the military or simply want to honor those who served, join us along Gay Street for this inspiring event. Let's make this Veterans Day a memorable one for all who attend.
Help Make This Thanksgiving Special for Neighbors in Need
Imagine spending Thanksgiving alone. For just $2.56 per meal, you can provide a warm, holiday dinner and a welcoming environment for a neighbor experiencing homelessness—or sponsor an entire table for others to enjoy! At Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), a simple meal can be a powerful first step toward a new beginning.
This Thanksgiving, you can make a difference by sharing meals, shelter, and life-changing support with those in need. Issues like homelessness, poverty, mental health challenges, and addiction affect more than 5,000 men and women who seek help from KARM each year.
Your generosity provides not only food and shelter but hope and a path forward. Give now to offer comfort, care, and a renewed sense of community for our neighbors in need this Thanksgiving season. Donate Here
