A Hanukkah Message 2024

Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, began this year on the evening of Thursday, December 25th, and concludes on the evening of Friday, January 3rd, 2025. This eight-day celebration reminds us of the miracle of the oil that burned for eight nights and the enduring strength of faith, perseverance, and community.

As families gather to light the menorah, share blessings, enjoy festive foods like latkes and sufganiyot, and play dreidel, may this season bring light, joy, and hope into your homes and hearts.

Hanukkah is a time to celebrate miracles and to reflect on the resilience and dedication that inspire us to keep our light shining, even in challenging times.

From all of us at the Knoxville Insider, we wish our Jewish friends and neighbors a Hanukkah Sameach—a joyful and meaningful Hanukkah! May your homes be filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of the holiday season.
