A Return to Our Roots – Herbal Teas: Infusions and Decoctions
Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of herbal tea blending! Discover basic blending techniques while forming a deeper connection to our Appalachian ancestors, who used herbal teas for both health and enjoyment. As part of this experience, you’ll also take part in our own Appalachian Tea Ceremony.
