Explore the Will Skelton Greenway by Bike!

Get ready for an exciting, nature-filled bike ride through one of Knoxville’s most scenic trails! Join Ijams Nature Center on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM for a guided cycling tour along the Will Skelton Greenway.

This 7-mile journey will take you through Ijams Nature Center, Island Home Park, and Forks of the River WMA, with stops along the way to explore the rich history, diverse flora, and stunning river views. Ride at a leisurely 8-10 MPH pace over mild hills while enjoying the beauty of Knoxville’s green spaces.
