My HOTWORX Experience: Two Months In and Still Loving It!

I just wanted to share my experience after two months at HOTWORX—and I’m STILL loving it! I’ve been going about three times a week, and the benefits have been incredible.

🔥 Better Sleep & Less Pain – I sleep SO much better on the days I work out in the sauna, and my knee pain has completely disappeared!
🔥 Improved Flexibility & Strength – I notice progress in every class, and my flexibility is increasing.
🔥 Easy Scheduling & Great Results – Getting into the class I want has been a breeze, and I’m seeing real results—gravity isn’t pulling as hard in certain spots anymore!

For those who don’t know, HOTWORX is a fitness studio that offers infrared sauna workouts in a variety of formats, including: Hot Yoga,  Hot Pilates,  Hot Iso (isometric exercises),  Hot Cycle,  Hot Blast (HIIT)
