The Women of Lockerbie – A Poetic Drama of Love and Loss
A grieving mother from New Jersey wanders the hills of Lockerbie, Scotland, searching for the remains of her son, lost in the tragic Pan Am Flight 103 crash. Along the way, she encounters the women of Lockerbie, who are engaged in a heart-wrenching battle with the U.S. government to obtain the clothing of the victims—determined to wash and return them to their families as an act of love and remembrance.
Loosely based on true events, The Women of Lockerbie is written in the structure of a Greek tragedy, delivering a powerful, poetic story that explores grief, resilience, and the triumph of love over hate.
