Experience the flavors of spring like never before at The Spice and Tea Exchange of Knoxville on Saturday, May 31st from 9 AM to 1 PM! Join Chef & Artist Debbie Meritsky—of Master Repurposes and Eat My Granola—for an interactive, hands-on Farm-To-Table Bounty Workshop that celebrates local produce and culinary creativity.

Start the morning with a guided visit to the Market Square Farmer’s Market, where you’ll learn how to choose the freshest seasonal ingredients while gaining insight into regenerative and organic farming practices. Then, head back to the store to whip up a farm-fresh meal enhanced with locally blended spices and hand-selected condiments from The Spice and Tea Exchange.

Chef Debbie, a New England Culinary Institute alum with over 35 years in the restaurant industry, will share expert tips, delicious recipes, and inspiration for using local ingredients in everyday cooking.
