Beaver Creek Flotilla

Get ready for a day of outdoor adventure and community spirit! Join us on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, at 9:30 AM for the Beaver Creek Flotilla, a fun-filled event celebrating one of Knox County’s most treasured natural resources—the Beaver Creek Water Trail!

Gates open bright and early at 7:00 AM, so grab your kayak, paddleboard, or canoe and prepare for a scenic float down Beaver Creek. You'll launch right behind Powell High School and enjoy a leisurely 3-hour journey to Roy Arthur Stormwater Park on Harrell Road in Karns.

Registration is just a $10 donation and includes:

  • Guaranteed spot in the flotilla

  • Transportation for you and your gear

  • Official event T-shirt

  • Official event koozie

  • The satisfaction of supporting a great cause

  • A day of floating fun with your Knox County neighbors

    A moving tribute featuring:

    • Service and Sacrifice” by John Becker (WBIR Channel 10)

    • Patriotic music by Jacquie Brecheen

    • CHS ROTC Color Guard and the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard
