Business Spotlight on Alpine Repair

Empowering Communities Through Mobile Mechanic Services

Alpine Repair, founded by Mykayla and Zachary Zaugg, brings vital automotive services directly to your doorstep. They have been serving the community for more than two years, with a mission to deliver trustworthy and efficient mobile mechanic services. Specializing in residential, recreational, and commercial vehicle repairs, they offer a convenient solution for maintaining and repairing vehicles without the need to visit a traditional garage.

Mykayla, co-founder of Alpine Repair, was inspired by personal experiences of witnessing her mother face unfair treatment in the automotive industry. Determined to create a service that offers transparency and respect, especially catering to women who might feel vulnerable in such situations, Mykayla leveraged her extensive background in administration and her husband's expertise as a certified diesel and general automotive mechanic. Together, they have turned their vision into a thriving business that prioritizes customer service and community support.

Alpine Repair’s mobility allows the team to provide on-site services that save customers time and hassle. Their comprehensive "Alpine Care Program" ensures that every aspect of vehicle maintenance and repair is addressed with the highest standards of quality. The business stands out for its commitment to empowering customers with knowledge and confidence in vehicle maintenance, particularly focusing on supporting single mothers and young women in the community.

They organize quarterly giveaways of oil changes and maintenance services to single mothers, supporting those in the community who are most in need. This initiative not only aids those financially but also educates them on the basics of vehicle care, ensuring they are informed and independent.

Alpine Repair is excited about the future, particularly their upcoming educational program aimed at young women. This initiative will focus on teaching basic automotive care and terminology, furthering their mission of empowerment and education. As they continue to grow, they remain dedicated to their philosophy of providing exceptional service, fostering community ties, and expanding their outreach to make a positive impact in the lives of their clients and beyond.
