Iron Impact Knoxville

If you’re looking for a workout that does more than just break a sweat—something that builds confidence, sharpens awareness, and teaches life-saving skills—Iron Impact Knoxville might be your new favorite place. Located on Sutherland Avenue, this woman- and minority-owned studio is Knoxville’s go-to destination for authentic Krav Maga training, offering a supportive environment where fitness meets real-world readiness.

The studio is led by a Certified Krav Maga Black Belt Instructor and kickboxing coach with over 15 years of experience. But this business is more than credentials—it’s built on a personal mission. After being stalked and targeted in her early 20s, founder Lillian Lim turned to Krav Maga as a way to reclaim her sense of safety and power. Now, she’s helping others do the same—one class, one punch, one empowered person at a time.

What sets Iron Impact apart? Every student is known by name—and by why they’re there. Whether you're training in group classes, booking private sessions, or organizing a team workshop, you're getting a personalized experience that’s rooted in real connection. They’ve trained everyone from UT Lady Vols to The Mother Runners, real estate teams, corporate staff, and church groups.

All Knoxville locals have access to one free trial – your first class at no cost!
