Get in the Holiday Spirit with Elf at Cherokee Caverns!

It’s time to spread some Christmas cheer — the Buddy the Elf way!
Join us on November 22nd for a one-of-a-kind movie experience inside Cherokee Caverns, as we enjoy multiple showings of the beloved holiday favorite Elf!

After accidentally tumbling into Santa’s gift sack, a baby is whisked away to the North Pole and raised as one of Santa’s elves. But when Buddy’s towering height and endless enthusiasm start causing chaos in Santa’s workshop, Kris Kringle sends him on a mission to find his human roots — leading to plenty of laughter, heart, and holiday magic.
Watch Elf surrounded by real stalactites and stalagmites in a living cave! Your ticket also includes a self-guided cave tour — explore 30 minutes before and after the movie. The cave stays a cozy 58°F year-round, so bring a blanket or light jacket to stay comfy!
Visit The Grotto for tasty movie treats served by Delectable Delights, including hot dogs, pizza, nachos, candy, and popcorn. (Concessions are cash only, so plan ahead!)

  • The cave path is wheelchair and stroller friendly

  • All proceeds benefit the preservation and protection of this incredible natural landmark
