KTech CONNECT Expo Brings Knoxville’s Tech Community Together

Knoxville’s technology community is invited to kick off the new year with energy and connection at KTech CONNECT: Knoxville’s Technology Expo on February 3rd, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The free, in-person event will take place at Bridgewater Place (205 Bridgewater Road).
Designed to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, technologists, and tech-curious professionals, KTech CONNECT serves as a hub for collaboration and conversation across Knoxville’s growing technology ecosystem. The expo offers attendees the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, connect with local companies and organizations, and engage with others shaping the region’s tech future.

Souk Bazaar Brings a Night of Culture, Community, and Local Shopping

Knoxville-area shoppers are invited to experience an evening inspired by global tradition and local creativity at Souk Bazaar, taking place on February 14th, at the Farragut Community Center (239 Jamestowne Blvd #201). Hosted in the Assembly Hall, this special market invites the community to come together to shop local, connect, and support small businesses in a festive, family-friendly setting.

Sew and Share Brings Creative Community to Fountain City Library

Those who enjoy sewing, quilting, or crafting with fabric are invited to gather for Sew and Share on February 7th, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fountain City Branch Library (5300 Stanton Road).
Sew and Share is a relaxed, community-focused event that invites participants to bring their own sewing machines and projects and spend the afternoon creating alongside fellow sewing enthusiasts. Large tables provide plenty of space to work, while the shared environment encourages conversation, collaboration, and the exchange of tips and ideas.
All skill levels are welcome, whether you’re just getting started or have years of sewing experience. The event is designed to be inclusive and supportive, offering a chance to learn from others, get inspired, and enjoy the creative process in a welcoming setting.
Hosted at the Fountain City Branch Library, Sew and Share offers a wonderful way to connect with others who love sewing while making progress on personal projects. Those interested are encouraged to bring their supplies, settle in, and enjoy an afternoon of creativity and community.
Love Is in the Air at a Young Singles Speed Dating Party
