Support Wildlife Conservation at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Banquet in Lenoir City

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation East Tennessee Chapter is inviting you to take part in one of its most anticipated annual events—a fundraising banquet that directly supports wildlife conservation and habitat preservation across East Tennessee and the surrounding region.
Set for March 7th, the banquet begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at The Venue in Lenoir City. This lively evening brings together conservation supporters, outdoor enthusiasts, and community members for great food and drinks, an energetic live auction, interactive games, and a large general drawing featuring a wide range of prizes. Attendees can expect everything from home décor and one-of-a-kind handcrafted items to outdoor gear and firearms, all contributing to a fun and meaningful night.
Proceeds from this year’s banquet will benefit habitat preservation and wildlife conservation projects throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and western North Carolina. Technical Society of Knoxville Hosts Lunch Program on ISO 56001 and Innovation Management
The Technical Society of Knoxville is inviting members and guests to a timely and forward-looking program focused on ISO 56001, the new global standard for value creation through innovation management. The presentation will take place on February 9th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Knoxville.
The featured speaker is Philip Donihe, President of Innovekt, Inc., who will lead an interactive session exploring how organizations can create sustainable value by aligning leadership purpose with high-performance innovation ecosystems. The discussion is designed to resonate with both technical and business professionals, offering practical and proven approaches to turning innovation intent into measurable outcomes.
During the program, participants will gain insight into ISO 56001, the first international requirements standard for Innovation Management Systems, which was published in September 2024. The session will highlight how systematic innovation management can be applied in real-world settings to improve performance, strengthen alignment, and drive long-term value creation. Professional Development Hour (PDH) credit will be available for attendees.
The luncheon will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 401 Summit Hill Drive in downtown Knoxville. Lunch is available for $15, paid onsite, and includes an extensive buffet along with a complimentary parking token. One Knox SC Kicks Off the 2026 Season with a Community Celebration at Kern’s Food Hall

Soccer fans across Knoxville are invited to help launch the new soccer season as One Knoxville SC hosts its Season Kickoff Party on February 8th, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Kern’s Food Hall (2201 Kerns Rising Way). The free, all-ages event marks the start of the club’s 2026 campaign and celebrates One Knox entering the year as the reigning USL League One Champions.
The afternoon is designed as a true fan-and-family gathering, bringing players, coaches, and supporters together in one of Knoxville’s most popular community spaces. Attendees can meet members of the One Knox roster and coaching staff, enjoy autograph sessions and casual meet-and-greets, and soak up the excitement as the club turns the page to a new season.
Fans will also get an early look at what’s ahead in 2026, including club announcements and programming updates. Official One Knox merchandise will be available for purchase, featuring the brand-new 2026 kit, and supporters will have the opportunity to secure tickets for upcoming matches. Kern’s Food Hall will be offering branded drinks and specials, adding to the festive atmosphere.
