It’s time to wear your green and join the celebration — because on St. Patrick’s Day, everyone is Irish!

Our annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a lively, family-friendly public event that welcomes the entire community. From toddlers waving flags to grandparents enjoying the festivities — and yes, we’ve even spotted a few four-legged friends joining the fun — this parade truly has something for everyone.

This year, we’re proud to celebrate alongside our 2026 Grand Marshal, Jimmy Houston, as we bring Irish spirit and Knoxville pride together in one unforgettable afternoon.

Details: Saturday, March 14 - 1:00 p.m. - Downtown Knoxville, TN

The parade will be staged on Hill Avenue and will travel through the heart of downtown, passing iconic landmarks including the Bijou Theatre, Tennessee Theatre, Krutch Park, and Regal Riviera before continuing toward Summit Hill.

Whether you’re Irish by heritage or just Irish for the day, this celebration is all about community, tradition, and good cheer. So gather your friends and family, grab your green attire, and come be part of one of downtown Knoxville’s most spirited traditions.

Join us this spring as Dr. Ace Edewards leads the Scruffy City Orchestra in a very special concert celebrating the ensemble’s 10th anniversary. Presented as part of the Cathedral Concert Series, this milestone performance will take place in the beautiful Cathedral, followed by a festive reception in Cathedral Hall (the “old” cathedral).

This anniversary concert promises an inspiring evening of powerful orchestral works performed in one of Knoxville’s most stunning acoustic spaces.
