Go Behind the Scenes at Topgolf with “How It’s Made - Knoxville Edition”

Ever wondered what it takes to run one of Knoxville’s most popular entertainment destinations? The Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce is giving the community an exclusive opportunity to find out during the first installment of its new quarterly series, How It’s Made: Knoxville Edition, happening March 27th from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM at Topgolf Knoxville (11440 Outlet Drive).
This behind-the-scenes experience is designed to give attendees a firsthand look at how local businesses operate, highlighting the people, processes, and day-to-day work that keep organizations running successfully. Each event in the series will feature a different business, offering unique insights while building connections within the Knoxville business community.
For this inaugural tour, guests will explore Topgolf — Farragut’s premier entertainment venue known for blending interactive golf technology with full-service dining and hospitality. Participants will learn how the Topgolf team manages daily operations, maintains a consistent guest experience, and keeps both gameplay and service running smoothly.
The guided experience will include a walkthrough of the facility, access to the hitting bays, and—weather permitting—an up-close look at the outdoor field. Attendees may also visit areas that support Topgolf’s ball processing and operational systems, gaining a new appreciation for the technology and logistics behind the fun.
Guests are encouraged to arrive by 7:45 AM, as the tour begins promptly at 8:00 AM. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for this approximately one-hour walking experience.
Whether you’re a business professional, community member, or simply curious about how things work behind the scenes, this event offers a unique perspective on a familiar Knoxville destination — and a great way to start your morning with learning, networking, and local connections.
