Charity Chicks Collecting Purses for a Purpose to Support Iva’s Place

The Charity Chicks are inviting the community to take part in a meaningful March project by donating gently used purses, wallets, totes, and luggage to support Iva’s Place Safe Haven Shelter. The collection drive, called “Purses with a Purpose,” aims to provide essential items to women rebuilding their lives while raising awareness for the shelter’s mission of hope, healing, and safety.

Community members are encouraged to look through their closets for gently used items they no longer need. Donated purses, wallets, totes, and similar accessories can make a real difference for women seeking support through Iva’s Place. Each purse tells a story and helps carry hope to someone starting a new chapter.

Donations will be accepted through March 30th, with drop-offs available at Premier Title Group, 855 Ebenezer Road.

The collected items will support the upcoming “Purses with a Purpose” fundraising event on Thursday, April 23rd, from 11 AM to 7 PM, benefiting Iva’s Place Safe Haven Shelter. The event highlights the organization’s mission to carry hope, lift lives, and change futures for women in need.
