Fans of classic soul and Motown music will have the chance to experience two legendary groups live when The Temptations and The Four Tops take the stage at the Tennessee Theatre (604 S. Gay Street) on April 18th at 8:00 PM.

Both groups helped shape the golden era of Motown and have remained cultural icons for decades. Known for their smooth harmonies, polished choreography, and unforgettable melodies, these legendary performers have produced countless hits that continue to influence music today. Endurance athletes from across the region will gather in Knoxville for the World’s Fair Ultras, taking place April 18th at World’s Fair Park.

This unique event challenges runners with a variety of race formats designed to test stamina, determination, and mental toughness. Participants can choose from 3-hour, 6-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour timed races, as well as longer distance options including 50K, 50-mile, and 100K races.

Runners will compete on a looped course around World’s Fair Park, one of Knoxville’s most recognizable landmarks, with the iconic Sunsphere serving as a scenic backdrop throughout the event. The timed format allows participants to run as far as they can within their chosen time limit, creating an exciting atmosphere as athletes push themselves to reach personal milestones.
