A New Wellness Studio is Opening in Bearden

Big news for the Bearden - a brand new wellness destination is opening its doors, and it's all about helping you look and feel your absolute best.
VibrantMe Wellness Clinic is opening a new location at 4928 Homberg Drive, Suite #18, on May 11th. The clinic specializes in body sculpting services — personalized treatments designed to target stubborn areas, enhance your natural shape, and boost your confidence from the inside out. Whether you're on a wellness journey and looking for that next step, or you're simply ready to feel more comfortable in your own skin, VibrantMe is building a space with you in mind.
Marble City Classic Bodybuilding Show

The OCB Marble City Classic Natural Bodybuilding Show comes to the Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West Cedar Bluff (216 Peregrine Way) on May 9th, and the stage will be filled with competitors in seven categories: Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women's Physique, Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, and Men's Classic Physique. Every athlete on that stage is 100% drug-tested — this is natural bodybuilding at its finest, and the level of dedication these competitors bring is truly something to see in person.
Whether you're there to cheer on a friend, a family member, or just want to experience the passion and pageantry of a bodybuilding show for the first time, it's a day you won't forget. Spectator tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under — but online ticket sales close May 2nd, so don't wait. More Info

Float, Shop & Stay for Live Music at the Farmers Market Launch Party

The Hardin Valley Event Center Farmers Market (2620 Willow Point Way) is back for 2026, and they're kicking off the season in style with a Launch Party on May 5th. The fun starts early with Kayak Rental + Shuttle from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM — float Beaver Creek with the family, then catch the shuttle back to the venue. It's one of those only-in-Knoxville afternoons that the kids will be talking about all summer. RSVP for kayaking at ticketsource.com/hvec.
Then from 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, the market opens with fresh local produce (strawberries, kale, microgreens, honey, milk, meat & seafood and more), vendors including Davis Farm, The Milk Lady, The Shrimp Dock, Walnut Hill Homestead, and many more, plus food and drinks from Birria Boss, Smiley Jared's, and The Casual Pint. Live music from Hayden Bright runs 5:00 PM–6:30 PM, and don't miss a special appearance by the one and only "Wine Fairy" from 5:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Rain or shine — it's all under the pavilion — and leashed dogs are welcome. This market runs every Tuesday night through September 29th, so May 5th is just the beginning. More Info
Shoot, Mingle & Connect at Guns and Networking at Windrock

Only in East Tennessee do you get a networking event quite like this one. Guns and Networking takes over the Windrock Shooting Range & Training Center (720 Windrock Rd, Oliver Springs) on May 19th from 3:00 PM–7:00 PM — and it's exactly what it sounds like. Come ready to meet people, maybe show off your favorite firearm, and yes, actually shoot. The event welcomes three kinds of attendees: those who are there purely to network, those who want to show off their collection, and those ready to hit the range. All are welcome — and if you bring your own guns and ammo, the event is completely free.
Grab your free ticket on Eventbrite so organizers have an accurate headcount, and reach out to Alex Carver at (865) 454-4649 if you have questions. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. More Info
