Legends are Being Inducted Right Here in Knoxville at the WBHOF Ceremony

The Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony comes to the Tennessee Theatre (604 S. Gay Street) on June 27th — one of the most prestigious nights in women's basketball, and it happens right here in Knoxville, home of the WBHOF.
The Class of 2026 is a remarkable group: Candace Parker, two-time WNBA champion and one of the most decorated players in the history of the game; Elena Delle Donne, MVP and champion whose career has inspired countless young players; Amaya Valdemoro and Isabelle Fijalkowski, international legends who helped define the global growth of women's basketball; and the incomparable Doris Burke, the broadcasting voice who brought millions of fans closer to the game than ever before, along with two distinguished coaching inductees. Opera in the Park at Lakeshore Park

Marble City Opera is bringing its beloved annual Opera in the Park concert to Lakeshore Park (6410 S. Northshore Drive) on June 6th from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM — and admission is completely free. Food trucks will be on-site to round out the evening, making this a true community gathering in one of Knoxville's most beautiful outdoor settings.
Part of Marble City Opera's 13th season, Opera in the Park is the company's gift to the city — a chance for everyone, from devoted opera enthusiasts to curious first-timers, to experience world-class vocal performance in a relaxed, welcoming outdoor atmosphere. Concerts on the Square - Free Jazz All Summer Long

Concerts on the Square, presented by First Century Bank, returns to Market Square for its summer series of free Jazz Tuesday concerts, running every Tuesday in June and July from 7:00 PM–9:00 PM.
The lineup is packed with talented performers, including the Margherita Fava Quartet (June 2nd, Taber Gable (June 9th), Shawn P. Turner & Pinky Ring (June 16th), the Vance Thompson Quartet (June 23rd, and the Aaron Irwin Trio (June 30th) — with more dates to follow in July.
No chairs are provided on Market Square, so bring your own lawn chair or blanket, or grab a table on the patio of one of the Square's many restaurants and let the music come to you. Free parking is available in City-owned garages after 6:00 PM. More Info
