The 26th Annual Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival takes over 525 East Dumplin Valley Road in Kodak - just off I-40 exit 407, a quick 22 miles from downtown Knoxville — for three full days: September 17th-19th. Gates open for music each day at noon, and the picking goes until 11:00 PM — rain or shine, under a covered performance area that keeps the show going no matter what the sky decides to do.

Twelve bands perform across the three-day run, delivering the kind of flat-footing, three-chord, mandolin-driven bluegrass that this corner of East Tennessee has been nurturing since before it was cool again. Beyond the main stage, the grounds fill up with picking and jamming sessions, food vendors, merchandise, and the easy pace of a festival that's been doing this for 26 years and knows exactly what it's doing.

Practical details: free parking on site, restrooms and showers available, and bring your own chair — comfort is encouraged. Camping is available by reservation only, so if you want to make a full weekend of it, get that sorted early.

Trustegrity is hosting a Guns and Networking Fall Event on September 29th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Windrock Shooting Range & Training Center (720 Windrock Rd, Oliver Springs) — a full afternoon of shooting sports, fresh mountain air, and the kind of relaxed conversation that only happens when you're not standing around a hotel conference room with a lukewarm cup of coffee.

HoLa Festival 2026

Hola Festival 2026 takes over World's Fair Park on October 10th from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM — a full day celebrating the art, music, food, and culture of Latin America and the Hispanic community right here in Knoxville. Presented by HoLa Hora Latina (a recipient of Tennessee's Governor's Arts Award for Art Leadership), this is the state's largest arts and culture festival of its kind, and after more than two decades of growing this celebration, the organization knows how to throw a festival.

Expect food vendors, craft vendors, a Parade of Nations, a community fair, live music, and art installations that make the park feel like an entirely different city for the afternoon. The vibe is festive and genuinely family-friendly, and the grounds have a way of keeping you there longer than you planned.
