The season kicks off on September 27th with a Sunday Lawnchair Concert featuring DREAMS: A Fleetwood Mac Experience — a tribute act bringing the timeless catalog of Fleetwood Mac to the outdoor stage at 2620 Willow Point Way in Knoxville. Grab a chair, enjoy the evening, and let Go Your Own Way hit differently under the open sky.

The rest of the fall lineup at HVEC is just as stacked: a Friday Night Family Movie (Hocus Pocus 1 & 2) on October 2nd, Macabre Market on October 10th, a Friday Night Concert featuring Grammy-nominated Mark Hummel and the Blues Survivors on October 16th, the Smoky Mountain Bourbon Society Fall Social on October 24th, and Holiday Makers Markets in November. If you've got kids who love rides, magic, and fair food, downtown Lenoir City is the place to be the last weekend of September.

The Lenoir City Kids Fun Fair sets up at Central Park (East Broadway Street, Lenoir City) for two days only — September 26th from 1:00 PM–8:00 PM and September 27th from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. Look for the big carousel and you'll know you're in the right place.

The midway includes more than a dozen rides and attractions: a Family Carousel, Spinning Teacups, El Paso Train, Colorful Jeeps, games, prizes, and all the fun fair food you can handle. And each day features free Magic Circus performances — no extra ticket needed.

Two days, tons of rides, magic, and memories. A great excuse to spend a September weekend in downtown Lenoir City.

The Farragut Museum's History Hour speaker series continues on September 22nd at 11:00 AM at Farragut Town Hall (11408 Municipal Center Drive). The featured speaker is Dr. Chris Magra, Professor of Early American History at the University of Tennessee and Director of the Center for the Study of Tennesseans and War. Dr. Magra will present on the military history of the Declaration of Independence — a timely topic in this 250th anniversary year of our nation's founding — and share insights from his new book, America's First War.

Admission is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available, and the Farragut Museum will be open for tours following the lecture — a great opportunity to explore the Town of Farragut's rich local history while you're there.

Calling all Buffalonians living in the Knoxville area (or passing through 😊- You are heartily invited to join us at Clancy's Tavern and Whisky House at 602 S. Gay Street in downtown Knoxville for all Buffalo Bills games. Clancy's is a family-friendly, non-smoking tavern with a dedicated space for us. They also will have Buffalo Wings on the menu and Labatt Blue on tap! And… there is free parking at the State Street garage!

First game is September 13th at 1:00 PM. The rest of the September games are September 17th at 8:15 PM and September 27th at 1:00 PM.
