KARM Coats for the Cold: Help Keep East Tennessee Warm
As temperatures drop, Coats for the Cold is here to ensure no one in our community goes without a warm coat this winter. This annual coat drive, hosted by Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), collects thousands of coats for those in need across East Tennessee.
How to Donate:
From October 14th through November 9th, the community is encouraged to bring new or gently-used coats for men, women, and children to any KARM Stores or Prestige Cleaners location.
How to Receive a Coat:
If you or someone you know needs a coat, contact local service agencies or churches to obtain a coat ticket. With a ticket, you can pick out a coat at any KARM Stores location from November 18th through December 7th.
In 2023, East Tennessee came together to donate 9,433 coats, and KARM distributed 8,985 coats locally, with additional donations reaching rural communities through Mission of Hope. Together, let’s make this winter warmer for everyone. More Info
