Knoxville Apartment Rents Compared to National Median

The average rent for an apartment in Knoxville has reached almost $1,450 per month, surpassing the national median of $1,411, according to a recent report by Apartment List and highlighted in East Tennessee Realtors' June newsletter. This increase reflects broader national trends in rental prices, indicating a rising cost of living for Knoxville residents.
